Monica has been part of the administrative team at Dental Cosmetic Center of Piscataway since 2013. She helps patients understand their treatment options and will help manage appointments. She enjoys interacting with patients, especially the children!
Monica enjoys spending her time with family and she absolutely adores her niece and nephew. Some of her favorite stress- free activities include painting, reading and watching movies.
Kanchana has been working as a insurance billing and financial coordinator for over five years now. She works closely with various insurance companies and ensures that patients get maximum benefits from their insurance coverage. Her insightful knowledge into Dental insurance and claims processing is an invaluable asset to the office.
She and her husband lives in Edison with their three daughters and an Australian Shepherd named Hazel. She loves to read and spend time with her family.
Kanchana is our Finance Coordinator; she has been working at our office since 2011. She is responsible for assisting patients with financial options for treatment. She is also responsible for keeping accounts in accurate and efficient manner. She makes sure that the financial aspect of your visit runs smoothly. She loves reading and spending time with her family and friends.
Julie has joined our team in 2016 and has worked in the dental field since 2012. She enjoys working one on one with patients and is always eager to explain treatment, costs and benefits helping patients make their dental goal attainable. She understands the value in creating personal connections with our patients and her genuine care for our patients goes beyond dentistry. Julie has a very welcoming demeanor and is able to make even the most anxious patients feel a little more comfortable during their visit to the dentist.
When Julie is not at the office she enjoys staying active. She enjoys running, lifting weights, swimming and she also does hot yoga! She appreciates time spent with her loved ones and especially her dog Simba Bear.
Jennifer brings five years of experience to the Cosmetic Dental Center team at Piscataway. Jennifer is a graduate of Middlesex County College, where she graduated with high honors.
Jennifer’s gentle touch, and friendly chair side manners, helps patients feel more relaxed and comfortable, while in her care.
Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends and looking after her ten-year old twins. She enjoys the outdoors and loves going on bike rides.
As a Dental Assistant, Jaitza supports Dental Hygienists and Doctors in providing services at the Center. Jaitza can speak fluent Spanish and English and helps our patients relax and be comfortable.
Dr. Mamta Shah is a graduate from New York University, School of Dentistry. She is member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Shah opened her private practice as a General Dentist in 2005.
Besides General Dentistry, Dr. Shah has expertise in Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Mamta Shah is a Six Month Smiles® Provider. She takes great pride in ensuring her patients have a fabulous smile. Her patients come back to thank her for the transformation, their smiles communicating their confidence and happiness.
Dr. Deepa Nyayapathi; known to her patients as Dr. Deepa (mostly, because her last name is a tongue twister), is a General Dentist with a passion for delivering high quality care.
Dr. Deepa has over 13 years of experience practicing as a dentist, since her graduation from Oxford Dental College at Bangalore, India. She opted to study further and her knowledge and expertise got her invitations from three US universities. She chose Tufts University School of Dental Medicine at Boston, a prestigious institution that has trained top-notch dentists for the past 150 years. While at the School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Deepa received an award for her knowledge and understanding of Temporomandibular Joint disorder, or TMJ. After graduation, Dr. Deepa completed an AEGD residency at the Lutheran Medical Center at Brooklyn.
Dr. Deepa attends numerous continuing education courses to stay current with fast developing technologies in dentistry. She is Invisalign certified and a member of the American Academy of General Dentistry. She is a follower of the Spear style of practice.
Dr. Deepa prefers a preventive and conservative approach in her treatment. She loves to educate patients on oral hygiene, sharing her little tips and tricks to keep tooth decay at bay. She aims to simplify dental treatment and tailor each patient’s treatment based on their needs and expectations.
Dr. Deepa joined the Dental Cosmetic Center of Piscatway in 2016 and loves working here, because she is aligned with the guiding principles set by Dr. Shah.
Dr. Binita Shah received her DDS degree from New York University College of Dentistry, where she participated in the Advanced Standing Program for foreign dentists. During her dental school days at NYU, she achieved some of the highest honors in Faculty Practice Program and Aesthetic Dentistry. Dr. Shah is certified in Invisalign Orthodontics.
Dr. Binita is committed to staying current with the latest technologies in the field, to provide the best health benefits to patients. She enjoys all aspects of dentistry, and her warm nature helps her build long-term relationships with her patients.
Dr. Binita loves spending time with her husband, newborn daughter and her extended family. She has diverse interests and is a yoga instructor and Certified Acupressure Specialist. She is a professional classical singer. Dr. Binita also plays a percussion instrument, the tabla, the piano and enjoys travelling, hiking and listening to music.
Dr. Binita is an active member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Middlesex County Dental Society and Indian Dental Association of North America.
Dr.Alexander Volchonok did his doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, where he received the Dean’s Scholarship, the highest merit award given by the University.
Dr. Volchnok graduated at the top of his class, with Honors in clinical practice. He was inducted into the OKU National Dental Honors Society. Dr. Volchonok was awarded over ten clinical awards in Periodontics, Implant Dentistry, and Prosthodontics, making him the most distinguished student of his graduating class.
